1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

SNA LIMO NYC ("we," "us," "our") provides users with a platform to book high-end transportation services, including point-to-point transfers, airport pickups, hourly charters, and more. All transportation services are provided by professional, independent licensed chauffeurs or partner transportation providers ("Transportation Service Providers" or "TSPs").

By using our website, mobile apps, or booking via phone/email (collectively, the "SNA LIMO Tools"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between you (the "User") and SNA LIMO NYC for ride arrangements and associated services.

Conflicting terms from the User are invalid unless expressly agreed to in writing by SNA LIMO NYC.

2. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP AND CONTRACT FORMATION
2.1 Role of SNA LIMO NYC
SNA LIMO NYC facilitates transportation bookings between Users and TSPs. We do not operate the vehicles ourselves but act as an intermediary that provides Users with a right to request services directly from TSPs.

2.2 How a Contract is Formed
A contract is formed when you submit a booking request via our website, phone, or app. Once we confirm availability and send you a Booking Confirmation, your agreement with us and the corresponding right to receive service from the assigned TSP is in effect.

3. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCURACY
You agree that all personal and payment information provided is complete and accurate. Automated bots or scripts are not permitted to register or make bookings.

4. TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TERMS

6. LIABILITY
6.1 General
SNA LIMO NYC is only liable for damages due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for the actual transportation services, which are provided by independent TSPs.

We may modify our offerings, pricing, vehicle availability, or these TLCs at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes implies acceptance.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and tools on our platform are the intellectual property of SNA LIMO NYC. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content for non-booking purposes without written consent.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These TLCs are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be handled in the courts of New York County unless otherwise required by law.

10. MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement: These TLCs represent the full agreement between SNA LIMO NYC and the user.

Severability: If any part of these TLCs is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
